Leo Spanuello, Senior Vice President - Mortgage Lending Manager, joined the Waukesha State Bank team in July 2021. He has over 25 years of residential lending experience, which includes managing and coaching mortgage loan officers, executing sales strategies and originating loans.

Leo is responsible for managing the mortgage lending staff and leading the day-to-day operations of the department, all while continuing the bank’s mission of providing customers with personalized service and a wide range of options to meet all of their home buying and refinancing needs.
